Hang out and craft with other members of the UMD community to kick off Sexual Assault Awareness Month on campus. We will be engaging in several mindful crafts, including painting, coloring, keychain and bracelet making, and origami.

Sexual harassment often goes unchecked in sub-Saharan African newsrooms despite many employers having policies in place, according to a new study from the University of Maryland and City, University of London.

College of Education Opens Pantry in Benjamin Building

Located in the Student Lounge (Room 0211) in the Benjamin Building, the EdTerps Pantry includes a cabinet and refrigerator stocked with substantial snacks and easy-to-make meals items such as fresh fruits, yogurt, granola bars, trail mix and instant soups. The pantry is accessible whenever the building is open, and items are restocked once a week.

Libraries to Upgrade to New Management System; Shift to Temporarily Impact Services

University of Maryland Libraries has begun migrating to a new user interface and integrated library management system that will dramatically improve its online search functions and modernize core operations such as acquisitions, circulation, and e-resource licensing and management.
