November at UMD Offers Re'leaf' from Mid-Semester Scramble
Photo by Riley Sims Ph.D. ’23
You don’t need the fabulously-fro’d Bob Ross to get your fall foliage fix at the University of Maryland. From McKeldin Mall to Memorial Chapel to Mayer Mall, UMD’s campus trees are in sepia-hued technicolor glory, with the bonus of crisper temps (finally).
Mid-semester projects sequestering you inside? Office of Marketing and Communications photographers Riley Sims Ph.D. ‘23 and Jess Daninhirsch '26 have you covered, capturing images of autumnal sunsets, pumpkin-spiced farmers markets and “happy little trees” across campus.
