Professor Makes the Case for Casting Ballots in Midterms

Early voting for the 2018 elections in Maryland starts today. Irwin Morris, chair of the Department of Government and Politics, makes the case for why it’s important for Terps to vote in one of two videos released yesterday by the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences.
