Student-run Dance Marathon Raises Another $702K for Sick Children
This year's Terp Thon, an annual 12-hour dance marathon supporting Children's National Health System patients and their families, raised $702,645.37.
Terp Thon, the student organization supporting Children's National Health System patients and their families, neared one milestone—$5 million in funds raised—as it celebrated another on Saturday, its 10th anniversary on campus.
Its annual 12-hour dance marathon raised $702,645.37 to support the D.C. hospital's "Miracle Kids," keeping the energy running high with inspiring stories, games, contests, food and lots of neon.
