Maryland Athletics, in partnership with sports software company FanThreeSixty, yesterday launched the One Maryland mobile app, a one-stop shop for all things Terrapin Athletics, including the latest news, schedules, rosters, stats, scores and content from all 20 sports programs.
Terp fans can enable push notifications to get instant updates about their favorite UMD teams. In addition to free live broadcasts from the Maryland Sports Radio Network and live statistics, app users will also have access to Terps Gameday Pick ‘Em, a contest where fans can win prizes based on real-time game results, beginning with the football team’s season opener vs. Northwestern on Saturday.
Fans who download the app this week will have the opportunity to win a football autographed by Coach Michael Locksley or basketballs autographed by Men’s Coach Mark Turgeon or Women’s Coach Brenda Frese.
The One Maryland app is compatible with iOS and Android devices and is available to download via the Apple App store and Google Play store or by searching for “Maryland Athletics” in your device’s app store.
