In an email today to university employees, Jewel M. Washington, assistant vice president for human resources, urged those who do not need to report to campus to continue to stay home and to telework, if possible. She also provided the following updated guidance on payment and filling out timesheets for employees who cannot telework or report to work, and are eligible for administrative leave:
The guidance applies from March 15 to April 10. Employees should contact their supervisors or HR staff with questions.
“This unprecedented situation is changing daily, and our leaders are responding to changes with the health and safety of our community and the mission of the university at the forefront,” Washington wrote. “Thank you again for remaining flexible, patient and creative during this very difficult time for our community.”
