Terps in search of a new financial planner, career coach, artisanal gift or almost anything else now have a new resource to help them meet their needs.
The University of Maryland Alumni Association unveiled the Terp Referral Exchange Business Directory at its EnTERPreneurship event last night at The Hall CP, featuring a discussion between President Darryll J. Pines and the restaurant and event venue’s developer, Scott Plank ’88. More than 300 alums, students and other supporters attended.
The searchable online directory features information about a growing list of more than 140 businesses in six categories: Coaches and Consultants, Creatives, Finance and Development, Food and Beverage, Products and Services, and Terps in Tech.
Users of the directory can discover and patronize Terp-led businesses and continue the tradition of Terps supporting Terps. Terp business owners and leaders, meanwhile, can promote information about their company with fellow alums and the general public.
The directory is open to all Terp alums and Alumni Association lifetime members who are looking to promote their business to the Terp community. Lifetime members get a complimentary premium account when applying. Subscription details are available online.
