SPH Dean to Answer UMD Community’s Coronavirus Questions on Instagram

Tomorrow, Dr. Boris Lushniak, dean of the School of Public Health, will be live on Instagram answering questions from members of the university community about COVID-19.

Starting at noon, Lushniak will be live on the @umdpublichealth Instagram account along with Kelly Sherman ’21, director of health and wellness for the UMD Student Government Association and a public health science major. Questions can be sent via direct message to the Instagram account or via email at sph-comm@umd.edu. Questions should be submitted by 6 p.m. today.

Lushniak and Sherman will talk about ways to stay healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic, how to stay connected with friends and loved ones during periods of social distancing, and how to manage stress and anxiety during this time.
