By Maryland Today Staff

Student Entertainment Events’ Art Attack XL will go extra large this spring, extending over two nights.

On May 3, SEE will welcome Grammy-nominated rapper Smino at 8 p.m. in Ritchie Coliseum. Tickets cost $12 for UMD students, and $30 for alumni and the general public. Ticketing is general admission with floor standing room and bowl seating available on a first come, first served basis.

On May 4, at the same time and place, the official Art Attack Pop Hits Dance Party will include giveaways, free mocktails, snacks and glow sticks.

Smino, born as Christopher Smith Jr., is the founder of the musical collective Zero Fatigue with Bari, Monte Booker, Jay2, and Ravyn Lenae. He is one-third of the supergroup Ghetto Sage, with Saba and Noname. He’s released three albums, collaborated with artists including J Cole, Chance the Rapper and Lil Uzi, and earned a Grammy nomination in 2022 for Best Engineered Album for “Dawn.”
