Student Entertainment Events (SEE) will welcome comedy YouTuber and influencer Quenlin Blackwell for its Q&A series at 7 p.m. Feb. 20 in the Stamp Student Union’s Grand Ballroom.
On YouTube, Blackwell hosts the food comedy series “Feeding Starving Influencers,” with each episode averaging over 2 million views. She has over 16 million followers across social media platforms, is collaborating with lifestyle and fashion brands such as Google and Burberry, and appeared in Charli XCX’s “360” music video.
The SEE event will feature both a moderated Q&A and audience Q&A (time permitting). Lineup starts at 5 p.m., and doors open at 6 and close at 7:30. This event is open to the UMD community only and tickets can be reserved for free starting at noon Feb. 10 at UMDtickets.com. One ticket can be reserved per UID, and tickets must be accompanied by a UMD ID upon entry to the event. Tickets do not guarantee entry.
