Facilities Management crews at the University of Maryland completed restoring power on Tuesday to all buildings following a campuswide outage that began on Saturday due to an underground fault.
Operations return to normal on Wednesday, with the exception of a small number of courses that have been relocated; students and instructors were notified directly.
As buildings come back online, some limited impacts to HVAC and other systems may remain; if you encounter any issues, please call FM’s Customer Response Center at 301-405-2222. Individuals with mobility impairment and/or a disability who experience accessibility issues should call UMPD at 301-405-3555 for assistance.
