Army ROTC Schedules Helicopter Landings and Takeoffs on Campus

A series of helicopter landings and takeoffs is planned on Chapel Fields this week as part of educational and training exercises for the University of Maryland’s Army ROTC program. 

These events are standard practice and are not cause for alarm. There will be minimal disruption to foot traffic on Chapel Fields during landing and takeoff.

The events are scheduled for:

• April 15 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
• April 16 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
• April 19 from noon to 1 p.m.
