The annual A.J. Francis Canned Food Drive, named for the former UMD defensive lineman, kicks off tomorrow before Maryland’s noon game vs. Ohio State at Capital One Field.
Francis, who played as a Terp from 2009–12, will attend each of the following events during the food drive. Fans are also encouraged to bring nonperishable items to the gates prior to each of these other games:
- Volleyball vs. Wisconsin: Saturday, Nov. 17
- Women’s Basketball vs. James Madison: Saturday, Dec. 8
- Men’s Basketball vs. Seton Hall: Saturday, Dec. 22
