> Autumn Ought to Pop With Color. It Does at UMD.

Passing the semester’s midpoint and starting the countdown to Thanksgiving break aren’t the only reasons to love November at Maryland. The changing colors of the tree canopies along McKeldin Mall, the satisfying crunch of leaves underfoot on campus sidewalks, and the distinctly crisp air all rank among the top perks of stepping outside.

University photographers John T. Consoli and Stephanie S. Cordle have been capturing the season’s splendors in the past few weeks. Take a walk with them.
