Finals time is frayed-nerves time, a condition marked by a complete absence of patience for anything—or anyone—keeping you from studying in peace.

Symptoms include a heightened sensitivity, while huddled over a textbook, to tinny music blasting from a roommate's phone. To groups at the coffee shop whispering about their weekend plans at 78 decibels. To that @#$%^ guy who won’t stop drumming his pencil against the table.

You’re done with the distractions. Where can you hide and focus until you head to your last exam? The University of Maryland isn’t home to any caves or remote islands, but we crowdsourced on social media some some alternate secret study spots around campus, and Terps delivered.
