Lauren Brown has been the university editor at Maryland since 2008, managing Terp magazine and many other publications, most recently Maryland Today. She is a former editor at The Baltimore Sun, The (Annapolis) Capital and weekly newspapers in suburban Rochester, N.Y., and has degrees from Binghamton University and the University of Rochester.
